Artichoke - Green Globe

An incredible cultural heritage from 1863. A beautiful delicacy known for its fantastic taste and grown today in many parts of the world. The small artichokes are magical when pan-fried with butter and served with a little aioli. The larger artichokes are fantastic when baked in the oven with feta cheese and a little parsley, but also boiled and enjoyed with just a little butter as a side dish. This is a big favorite among our staff at Florea and a recurring variety in our gardens.
This friendly artichoke is just as nice to eat as it is to decorate bouquets or beds with. The variety produces magnificent purple flowers that smell wonderful, which is why it is often seen in many gardens and plantings. Green Globe is also incredibly popular with all of our pollinators, especially butterflies. A must-have in the garden, simply put!

Artichoke - Vert de Provence

A truly delightful variety and a little challenging to grow. This is a tried and true favorite with large deep green leaves for a flavorful experience. Equally beautiful in bouquets as it is delicious to eat, and can even be used as a table decoration thanks to its charming appearance. This variety can be found not only on the dining table but also blooms splendidly and magically in many flower beds. The variety is incredibly popular among all our pollinators and is a good companion plant to have near other vegetable plants.
This variety is often grown for its beautiful magical flowers that smell sweet and are a real summer favorite!
