Watermelon - Crimson Sweet ECO

A stylish and classic red watermelon with a heavenly taste. Produces large elegant fruits with red flesh and green striped skin. The variety is also resistant to many diseases unlike other varieties. Crimson Sweet also has green decorative vines with adorable yellow small flowers.
Watermelon contains vitamin C which is an important antioxidant and also vitamin B6 which contributes to a normal and healthy energy metabolism of protein and glycogen. The variety is great to eat as it is or combined in a fruit salad with other fruits. Making a healthy and creamy watermelon ice cream or serving a summer watermelon gazpacho to guests are two very fun ways to serve this variety. Another lovely tip that we at Florea want to share is to grill watermelon and top it with feta cheese, mint, baby spinach and a little grated lemon zest. Heavenly delicious!

An unusual and unique melon variety with an incredibly exquisite and delicate taste. The variety has a sweet, juicy, and delicious flesh. The Pineapple melon has a varied and special exterior and is mainly known for its incredible sweetness. This variety is so new to us that we only tasted it at our supplier&#8217;s in the summer of 2021. We were all charmed by the exotic flavor and enchanting sweetness, which made us feel that it had a natural place in our range. Therefore, everyone in the Florea family will grow this variety this summer, something we all look forward to very much.
Beautiful, decorative vines with lovely yellow-beige fruits and fragile skin. The vines also have yellow and sweet small flowers that are incredibly decorative in a greenhouse or enclosed patio.

Watermelon - Tigrimini F1

A specially developed variety to be grown directly in the open field, unlike most other watermelon varieties that require a greenhouse, a glassed-in balcony or greenhouse, for example. Tigrimini can therefore cope in a sheltered location but outdoors even in a Nordic climate, fantastic, isn&#8217;t it?
The variety has slightly smaller melons but with explosive sweetness and taste. Fantastic to eat directly as it is or to use in a summer salads that need to be spiced up. Our garden expert Johanna Damm usually makes a starter of Tigrimini by dicing it into small cubes, crumbling Chevré cheese and then drizzling some creamy balsamic over it. Last of all, she adds a little salt and pepper. Simple, decorative and incredibly tasty!
