Onion - Rijnsburger 5 ECO

A classic and nice yellow onion with a round shape. The variety produces beautiful onions with an appetizing taste and fantastic durability. With the right conditions, it can be stored frost-free for 2-3 months without any problems. Rijnsburger 5 is perfect to eat fresh or fried but is also magical when caramelized. The variety is also great for stews, sauces, and roasting in the oven.

Beetroot - Hula Hoop

A magical and colorful mix with several different beetroot varieties in the same package. A cool taste adventure and an incredible experience for both the mouth and the eye. Parsnip - White Gem

A pleasant variety that produces white-yellow skinned, semi-long roots of very good quality. The variety is very easy to grow and provides large, abundant harvests. A grateful root vegetable that can withstand frozen and cold soil. It has a mild and sweet taste that is excellent both raw and cooked in salads, stews or as a side dish. It is also very appetizing in meat sauce, in soups, on pizza or as chips. A charming root vegetable that can be used for many dishes in the kitchen and can be stored for a long time.
Palsternacka patties with potatoes and herb salt or honey roasted parsnip with caramel sauce are two real favorite recipes for White Gem. Or why not a hearty salad with fried parsnip, bacon and peppers? Yum!

The variety is fantastic to eat fresh but also wonderful to caramelize or pickle. Another summer tip that is really tasty is to grill this variety.

Carrot - Nantes 2

A early and delightful summer carrot with cylindrical roots. The variety has a small core, a classic orange carrot appearance, and an incredibly delicate taste. An easy-to-grow variety that thrives in open ground and raised beds but also in heavier soils. This lovely variety also grows well in pots with good results, which has made it a popular balcony carrot. The variety&#8217;s long storage time makes it a very popular and well-liked variety that is often mentioned in common parlance and in various cultivation contexts.
The fantastically sweet and delicious taste makes Nantes 2 excellent for cooking and baking. Oven-roasted carrots with honey and rosemary or creamed carrots are two favorites with this variety. When it comes to baking with Nantes 2, carrot bread in a baking tray with pumpkin seeds and flake salt or a summery carrot cake with lots of Philadelphia frosting are two real favorites. The variety is also delightful to eat on its own or with dip. A carrot classic with a wide range of uses that will not disappoint you!

Carrot - Deep Purple

Dark purple delightful carrots with pointed roots and an enchanting taste. An incredibly sweet and flavorful carrot variety that is excellent for raw food, juices, salads, and stews. The taste is unique and the cool purple appearance is a big plus. Butternut Squash - Waltham Butternut ECO

A cool cultural heritage from 1944 with incredible quality. Beautiful, decorative, yellow pear-like fruits weighing around 2 kg. Orange flesh with a small seed cavity and a sweet delicate taste with a slight nutty aftertaste. The range of uses for Waltham Butternut in cooking is vast and at Florea, this is a big favorite of ours. An orange-colored, delicious, autumnal pumpkin soup with ginger and chili or a magical risotto with oven-roasted butternut squash are two of our favorite dishes with this fantastic squash. It also goes well with various types of pies and desserts as well as other types of oven-baked dishes thanks to its delightful taste. Another big plus for this variety is the long storage time of the pumpkins. The fabulous butternut squash can be stored for 2-4 months after harvest.
In addition to the delicious pumpkins, the variety has beautiful vines that grow 1-2 meters long with sweet flowers.

Sugar Snap Pea - Delikett

A fresh and delicate salad pea with thick, round pods that can grow up to 8 cm long. The incredibly sweet and pleasant taste makes this variety perfect for salads but it is also popular in stir-fry dishes. In addition to being great for boiling and freezing, it produces lots of white enchanting flowers, which makes it incredibly decorative. This variety is of incredibly high quality and produces abundant harvests throughout the season.
Snap peas are a charming cross between sugar peas and snow peas. Snap peas have inherited the best qualities of both parent types, which means the sugar pea&#8217;s crispness and the snow pea&#8217;s good aroma.

Winter Squash - Uchiki Kuri ECO

With its decorative orange-red color and delightful taste, Uchiki Kuri is a great favorite. The variety is also known as squash, hubbard pumpkin, hokkaido, and giant pumpkin. The variety produces abundant harvests of pear-shaped fruits weighing around 1-3 kg. Even the flesh has a lovely orange hue and an enchanting nutty flavor. The variety is known for its long shelf life and outstanding storage properties. If stored correctly, the pumpkins can remain in good condition until summer and bring joy to the kitchen almost all year round. The flavor of the pumpkins is at its best after 2-4 months of storage. Sugar Pea - Grijze Roodbloeiende

An old and well-known sugar pea variety with a refreshing taste and sweetness. The beautiful green pods are excellent for cooking, but are also very appetizing to eat straight from the plant or to use in salads. The variety also blooms incredibly beautifully with its large, beautiful pink-purple flowers, making it a charming sight in the garden.
We highly recommend a sugar pea salad this summer with feta cheese, olive oil, oregano, and a little salt and pepper. Another lovely suggestion with this variety is to make a creamy sugar pea soup with a dollop of sour cream or creme fraiche. Super easy, amazingly delicious, and very healthy!

Sweet Fennel - Fino

A unique plant that is grown as both a vegetable and a herb. The swollen delicate leaf bases form a type of bulb that is incredibly flavorful when eaten both cooked and raw. The dried seeds can be used for both cooking and baking, but are especially popular as a bread spice. Something magically delicious to do with this variety is to caramelize the sweet fennel with goat cheese or to bake it in the oven with chili peppers and honey.
The variety contains many vitamins and minerals and has always been considered to have a positive effect on digestion. In Italy, where this variety is most popular, it is very common to end a meal with fennel or fennel seeds for that reason.

The variety is also excellent for stewing or sautéing with garlic, Parmesan, a little salt and pepper. The range of uses for spinach is large and today the amazing leafy green is eaten in many countries around the world. Its fantastic properties have led it to be included in many different types of recipes and it is widely used in kitchens around the world. Sugar Pea - Oregon Sugar Pod

One of the world&#8217;s most widely grown sugar snap peas due to its enchanting taste and the variety&#8217;s long shelf life. The beautiful green pods grow to about 10 cm long and 2 cm wide. The variety blooms beautifully throughout the season with beautiful small white magical flowers. It&#8217;s a bonus that this variety not only delivers abundant yields of sugar snap peas but also looks incredibly beautiful in the garden.
This variety is excellent for stir-frying or lightly boiling as a side dish for meat or fish, for example. Or why not a summery and tasty risotto with sugar snap peas? All you need is 1 dl of olive oil, 2 dl of risotto rice, sugar snap peas, 2 thin slices of garlic, and some Herbes de Provence spices, which are the following spices: basil, marjoram, bay leaf, oregano, rosemary, and thyme. It&#8217;s delicious with fresh herbs, but the dried mixture is also easy to make yourself or can be purchased at almost any grocery store.

A nice curly parsley with a lovely classic flavor. Parsley is incredibly healthy, vitamin-rich, and also has a general strengthening effect on the whole body, especially on the liver and kidneys, and only 5 grams of parsley covers the daily requirement of vitamin A. Beautifully green curly leaves that are excellent for pickling or as a decorative garnish. This variety is also very easy to freeze.
Parsley pesto or garlic parsley butter are two real favorites with this variety. Or herb-roasted potatoes with fennel and curly parsley, really delicious!
