A magical and colorful mix with several different beetroot varieties in the same package. A cool taste adventure and an incredible experience for both the mouth and the eye. This seed mix includes the varieties: Detroit 2 (red), Burpees Golden (yellow), Albina Vereduna (white), and Chioggia (polka-colored). Each beet and color has a personal, appetizing taste with its own unique touch. Together, they become incredibly decorative in dishes or as a side dish.

Imagine a summer plate of oven-roasted beets in enchanting colors with Chevré and honey, or a colorful fireworks display of pickled beets for hash. This variety is a special and incredibly fun growing experience for young and old, but perhaps it is most appreciated by our youngest.
