Dill - Mammoth

Anethum graveolens

An early, fine-leaved dill variety that yields abundant harvests. Excellent for use fresh, dried, or frozen. The variety produces a beautiful yellow, elegant dill crown that is highly appreciated by our pollinators and fantastic for use in cooking. This particular variety is especially suitable for fish gratin or a creamy meat stew with dill and horseradish sauce. It is also magical when mixed with cream cheese, garlic, lemon, and white pepper.

Dill is a very nutritious herb that has many positive health effects on the body, such as

Promoting digestion Relieving stomach and intestinal problems Relieving respiratory problems Assisting with oral hygiene Anti-inflammatory properties And boosting the immune system

Dill’s beneficial properties stem from its incredible composition of minerals and vitamins. These include powerful monoterpenes such as carvone, anethofuran, limonene, as well as flavonoids such as kaempferol and vicenin. Dill also contains large amounts of vitamins A and C, making it a true super herb.
