This variety is a classic Kohlrabi that is medium-early and can be harvests both in spring and fall. The robust stem root has a delightful light green color, while the flesh leans towards white-green. The variety has a soft and mild kohlrabi flavor when cooked. Incredibly tasty for making stews or boiling and frying. A small tip from us at Florea is to oven-roast kohlrabi in a baking dish with olive oil and salt, yum!
