Artichoke - Green Globe

<p>An incredible cultural heritage from 1863. A beautiful delicacy known for its fantastic taste and grown today in many parts of the world. The small artichokes are magical when pan-fried with butter and served with a little aioli. The larger artichokes are fantastic when baked in the oven with feta cheese and a little parsley, but also boiled and enjoyed with just a little butter as a side dish. This is a big favorite among our staff at Florea and a recurring variety in our gardens.</p>
<p>This friendly artichoke is just as nice to eat as it is to decorate bouquets or beds with. The variety produces magnificent purple flowers that smell wonderful, which is why it is often seen in many gardens and plantings. Green Globe is also incredibly popular with all of our pollinators, especially butterflies. A must-have in the garden, simply put!</p>

<p>An incredibly cute and appetizing snack pepper with a lovely orange color. The fruits are small and the variety is compact, making it perfect for balconies, patios, or larger window sills with plenty of sunlight in a spacious pot. This variety is very popular among children, especially due to the size of the peppers, but also because of their sweet taste.</p>

Chili - Habanero Red

<p>Habanero Red belongs to the group of the hottest chili varieties and reaches up to 350,000 points on the Scoville scale. The variety is easy to grow and produces green, slightly round fruits that change color to an intense red when they are ready to be harvested. Chili - Naga Black

<p>A very hot chili variety that produces reddish-brown fruits that eventually reach a darker blackish hue with a fruity flavor. This strong chili variety lands at 800,000-1,000,000 on the famous Scoville scale, which means it is really hot and should be handled with care. In addition to the unique color that makes this chili stand out a bit more, it also goes incredibly well in stews. Another really hot tip is to make your own chili flakes with this variety or make a spicy chili dip with sour cream and serve with crispy nacho chips.</p>
<p>Another big plus for this cool chili variety is that Naga Black is incredibly decorative in pots and can be grown on the windowsill all year round. <p>It is magical as a background plant in flower beds thanks to its height and very popular among all our pollinators. The variety is easy to grow as long as it is placed in a sunny spot with nutritious soil. If you have not grown Larkspur before, we highly recommend trying White King, with a gentle warning that it is somewhat addictive because it is so incredibly beautiful.</p>
