A delightful pepper variety that produces two-tone beautiful fruits. Initially, the variety yields peppers in a very unique and purple color, which then transitions to the classic red color.

The pepper can be harvested in both states, truly adding wonderful colors to cooking. A perfect pepper variety to use in salads or as a topping on breakfast sandwiches, thanks to its fantastic crispiness. Snacking Red also works excellently in stews, soups, and pickling!
