A charming turnip variety in a beautiful yellow hue with round and extra crisp bulbs. Easy to grow, fast-growing, and absolutely fantastic for use in cooking. Wonderful for root vegetable purees, soups, stews, and also in stir-fries.

We at Florea also highly recommend making turnip coleslaw with coriander and peanuts, especially with Golden Ball. Incredibly tasty and can be served with anything from meat and fish to vegetarian alternatives.
