Aveyron is a double tulip in a vibrant pink color that can have small green streaks in white or green. It blooms early and reaches a height of approximately 35cm. It is a big favorite of ours, and we always bring in a few as cut flowers. It doesn’t go unnoticed in the garden as the flowers have a stunning peony-like shape.

    Perennial flower bulbs

    Do we have perennial flower bulbs, and how does it work?

    All tulips in our assortment can bloom for multiple years if given the right conditions. Normally, we usually say that they are one-year bloomers, so if they bloom for several years, it's just a bonus. This applies to almost all tulips. No tulip is truly perennial; instead, what happens is that if you provide the tulip bulb with the right conditions, it will form a new side bulb during the flowering period, which will bloom the following year.

    However, daffodils are usually recurring. They are a safer choice if you want recurring blooms. Most daffodil varieties also have the pleasant characteristic of spreading and multiplying!
