A magical and preserved heritage from 1860. An old and traditional rhubarb variety that, even today, remains one of the most popular varieties worldwide. The variety produces broad and robust stalks with a beautiful red color. Inside, they are green and have a medium oxalic acid content. The variety yields abundantly in both stalks and leaves, which can be used for a variety of purposes, including pies, soup, and juice. Victoria is a hardy rhubarb variety that is particularly well-suited for Nordic climates.
A tip from us at Florea is to either make a refreshing rhubarb lemonade or summery rhubarb squares with vanilla custard, or why not both? Yum!
