A flavorful cilantro with a lot of taste. An Asian herb that with its tender, green leaves is excellent in salads, sauces, and stews but also as a topping. Two cooking tips that we at Florea really recommend with cilantro are lentil and carrot stew with chili, ginger, and cilantro or summery fish soup with cilantro and noodles.
