Allow us to introduce a long-awaited addition to the zinnia family when it comes to color, form, and characteristics. Oklahoma Salmon is the zinnia variety with that little extra when it comes to everything. The majority of the variety’s flowers become double, giving them a fluffy and decorative appearance. The colors stay true to the Florea spirit and shift in soft pink, enchanting peach, and gentle apricot. The variety has an outstanding vase life and very long and sturdy stems, making them perfect for cutting. Few summer flowers look as beautiful in bouquets as Oklahoma Salmon does. Despite 10 days in a vase, the flowers often look freshly harvested, which is a delight to the eye.
The variety is incredibly easy to grow and is just as suitable in flower beds as it is planted in a pot. Our garden expert Johanna Damm also likes to grow them in pots indoors in the spring/summer with great results and says that Oklahoma Salmon looks just as lovely indoors as outdoors!
