A lovely cabbage variety that comes early and grows quickly. It forms heads that are pointed and typically weigh around 1 kg. The variety has a sweet and slightly milder taste while being very crispy. Incredibly delicious both when eaten fresh and when cooked.

We want to recommend two favorite dishes with this variety that you simply cannot miss. The first is garlic-roasted cabbage with a herby butter sauce, topped with roasted hazelnuts. The second magical dish is cream-baked cabbage with butter-fried chanterelle mushrooms, delightful but can be addictive!
