Returns and refunds
When you shop at Florea, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we know that sometimes things can go wrong for various reasons. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Please note that the product must be in the same condition as when it was received. The customer pays for the return shipping. Email your return to kundtjanst@flo-rea.com.
Reclaims
According to the Consumer Sales Act, you always have the right to make a complaint about a product within 3 years after receiving it. However, it must always be within a reasonable time from when the problem was discovered.
