Happy Upstar closely resembles its sibling, Creme Upstar, in appearance, but the most notable difference is actually the foliage. The leaves have white accents, which we found very charming. The flower is double and transitions from coral pink to a more creamy yellow color. A truly charming tulip.

    Do we have perennial flower bulbs, and how does it work?

    All tulips in our assortment can bloom for multiple years if given the right conditions. Normally, we usually say that they are one-year bloomers, so if they bloom for several years, it's just a bonus. This applies to almost all tulips. No tulip is truly perennial; instead, what happens is that if you provide the tulip bulb with the right conditions, it will form a new side bulb during the flowering period, which will bloom the following year.

    However, daffodils are usually recurring. They are a safer choice if you want recurring blooms. Most daffodil varieties also have the pleasant characteristic of spreading and multiplying!
