An old-fashioned and strong-growing variety with plate-sized, golden yellow flowers with a dark center. The plant is incredibly tall and therefore very decorative against fences, walls, or in the background of plantings. The variety is highly appreciated by pollinators such as butterflies, bees, and bumblebees, as well as by winter birds that like to eat the seeds in the center when the season draws to a close.

This is a clear favorite among our youngest gardeners. The seeds are large and easy to sow, and the sunflower’s journey of development is incredibly fun to follow.
