Lovage is a delightful herb with beautiful aromatic foliage. The leaves can be used both fresh and dried, and give an incredible flavor to salads, stews, fish and meat dishes, but can also be used as a substitute for bouillon. A really good seasoning in stews, sauces and soups, but also in marinades.

A great tip is to throw in a few stems of lovage into the boiling potato water or to make herb salt with this variety!
