Lorelei is a very popular peony variety that has become a bit of a talking point thanks to its unique appearance, both in terms of colour and shape. The variety has a very fabulous and unique brilliant orange-pink colour that gradually fades to a light apricot-pink, while the lower petals are always a lovely dark pink. Few peonies age as beautifully as Lorelei, and the buds are also oval, which in itself is very unusual. Another big plus for the variety is that it grows upright and does not need plant support!
