Allium Caeruleum, also known as Azure onion, has received its name thanks to its unique clear blue color. Caeruleum is a delightful allium variety that forms enchanting flower globes composed of sweet little flowers in a lovely blue shade that closely resembles the cornflower. It is lovely to use as a cut flower and to incorporate into bouquets, thanks to its exceptional color and magical shape.
