Bulbs and tubers
Discover our carefully selected assortment of flower bulbs. Tulips, narcissus, allium, crocus, and hyacinths of the highest quality to give you the best conditions to succeed with your garden.
Flower bulbs are easy-to-grow eye candy for open ground, pots, and bouquets. There is an enormous range of both spring and summer flowering bulbs. Many faithfully return year after year. Some varieties, such as daffodils, scilla, snowdrops, and certain tulips, spread and multiply in the flowerbed.
All tulips in our assortment can bloom for several years if given the right conditions. Normally, we say that they are all one-year bloomers, and if they bloom for multiple years, it's just a bonus. This applies to practically all tulips. No tulip is truly perennial; instead, what happens is that if you provide the tulip bulb with the right conditions, it forms a new side bulb during the flowering period, which will bloom the following year.
In our assortment, Salmon van Eijk, Salmon Impression, and Apricot Pride offer the greatest chance of recurring blooming the following year.
Daffodils, on the other hand, are usually recurring. They are a safer choice if you want recurring blooms. Most daffodils also have the pleasant characteristic of spreading and multiplying!
