Allium Nigrum, also known as black garlic, has long stems and charming semi-spherical flowers. The variety got its name from the black ovary that forms pearls within the flower. This variety is extremely popular among all our pollinators, who eagerly gather around the black garlic’s wonderful blooms. Allium Nigrum has also received the prestigious Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society, which is given to particularly deserving plants.
